Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual. Any attempt to solicit sexual services will result in immediate termination of the massage session. Full payment will be required, and the incident will immediately be reported to the Calgary Police Department. Your identity will also be disclosed to online platforms.

24-hour notice is required for cancellations and rebooking.

While I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, scheduling conflicts and technical difficulties related to booking confirmation emails are not valid reasons for missing appointments. By confirming your appointment, you are reserving my time and preventing me from accepting other requests for that spot. If you cancel on short notice or miss an appointment, it significantly impacts my small business and makes it difficult for me to continue serving clients.

Should an appointment be cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the service fee will apply unless I can fill the spot with another client.

Full payment is required if you do not attend your appointment. Kultura Massage & Wellness will email you an invoice requiring payment. You can only book future appointments if these fees are paid in full. 

I retain the right to refuse service due to violent behaviour, insurance fraud or infractions to the cancellation, no-show, and ethics policies.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Forms are emailed so you can complete them in advance. Please be on time for your appointment to receive the full session time. Full payment for the original time booked is required.
